Henry

Hank was born and raised in Moultrie, Georgia. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Georgia in 1999, Hank obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia in 2002. Hank was admitted to the Georgia Bar that same year and has focused his practice on civil injury cases and criminal defense cases. For almost 18 years Hank has handled cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, tractor trailer, products liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises liability and criminal defense. These cases resolved either through settlements or trials, with several of these cases resolving for $500,000.00 or more and one resolving just prior to trial for 1.2 million dollars in a rural county. In his spare time, Hank enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and spending time outdoors with his family. Hank and his wife, Janna, reside in Augusta with their two children and their labrador retriever, Molly. Hank and his family are members of Trinity on the Hill Methodist Church.
